In our discovery session, we interviewed key stakeholders and customers, identifying brand descriptors, differentiators, customer segments, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. With great accuracy and priority, we presented our hierarchy of recommendations and began the brand transformation, design, and development.

Issue Large and growing southern Maine law firm was in need of a brand overhaul that promoted strength, experience, and accessibility. Insight The previous, fragmented, brand did not match F&A’s 12 years of experience and success. The outdated brand did not capture their tenacious, yet accessible passion. The growing business and team were limited by legacy systems and workflow, not able to collaborate quickly, or manage their cases in the cloud.
Implementation Created a new brand across print, digital, and new video marketing channels for Fairfield & Associates, P.A. The new engaging and cohesive brand included an identity, color and type palette, letterhead system, envelopes, signage, video, social, messaging, content marketing, and website design. Further identified the need to streamline business workflow, upgrading the complete back office with cloud connections for dynamic case management on any device. Our business card design engages and tells a story.
We reinforced F&A’s brand with a clean and bold design on thick bond stock, communicating a key brand descriptor, “Strength”. We created a robust photo library, telling the F&A story on the back of the business cards, promoting the culture and personality of F&A.

Elegant and strong typography, organic colors, full coverage custom photography illustrate the F&A story across the new letterhead system. We utilized unique printing techniques through cost effective vendors and empowered the F&A staff to maintain the visual system.

We told the F&A story via a brand video, which engages potential customers by helping them get to know the F&A team, culture, and personality. F&A’s new website is an inviting, on brand, customer experience. It provides cohesive messaging, is SEO friendly, and integrates into key social media destinations. The experience allows customers to watch any F&A team member’s video bio, enabling the customer to get to know the attorneys. The customer can sort attorneys by practice and leverage the robust columnized menu system that lessens the number of clicks to key content.
Customers can easily locate nearby offices and instantly request directions. Contact forms that secure and collect data into F&A’s back office case management system as new leads. F&A can fully manage the experience via a powerful CMS platform with a drag-and-drop interface. They are able to scale the site, regardless of skill set, with new content marketing and publish private content and documents unique to each customer login.
